Kendi Smith
CEO & FOUNDER
Beth has been an absolute pleasure to work with. As a neurodivergent (ND) business owner myself, I wanted to support another ND business owner in their creative ventures. Not only does Beth's work set herself apart from other graphic designers, she ensures that all designs are visually accessible and provides clear strategies to help make sure her clients understand how to continue on with that. She has been professional, kind, courteous, and offered many great suggestions to help me take my business to that next level. I will definitely be a repeat customer of Beth's, and I can't wait to see what else she comes up with for me!

Social Media Strategy
The business goal was to create a fun brand identity that is highly visually accessible to neurodivergent individuals to ultimately make them feel more comfortable and 'seen' during the early stages of working with the dietitian.
The design challenge was to create a brand that conveyed the dietitian's fun, inclusive, and laid back personality while also incorperating design practices that make it clear that the brand is food and nutrition based while also targeting both men and women who are neurodivergent between the ages of 20-35.
I solved these challenges by;
-
Providing the client with a brand strategy questionnaire and then further developed a clear strategy that informed my design choices.
-
Providing the client with a clear accessibility guide to ensure they can maintain the brand accessibility consistently beyond our work together.
-
Creating a harmonious palette of forest green, olive, maroon, peach, and powder reflects the brand's commitment to nurturing and supporting the neurodiverse community with themes of growth, health, tranquillity, sophistication, and inclusivity.
-
Creating a logo that featured an apple symbol and utilizing typefaces that embody clarity, accessibility, and friendliness, which resonated with the neurodivergent community while emphasizing the brand's commitment to mental and physical well-being through dietary mindfulness.
-
Creating hand-drawn illustrations which incorporate a variety of fruits, vegetables, and typical 'safe foods' to promote a balanced diet and positive attitude towards food, creating a fun, down-to-earth, relaxed, and authentic feel for the brand.
-
Creating Canva Templates for the client to use consistently beyond our work together to ensure a high standard of graphics and accessibility is maintained.
Moodboard:
This is the moodboard I came up with based on the brand strategy questionnaire that I provided the client. At this stage the client confirmed she was happy with the brand direction which enabled me to confidently bring the vision to life.

Brand Strategy and Identity Guide
This brand guide includes full logo suite, colour pallet, pallet usage, typography, type usage, business card design, illustrations, brand pattern, social banners and highlights, brand strategy, and a bespoke neurodivergent accessibility guide.
Social Media Strategy
This brand strategy consists of three pages of advice specifically created for the client's brand. This social media strategy includes a lot of valuable information which is why it has had to be heavily watermarked. It includes "Where to find your target audience", "How to interact with your target audience", "Using hashtags to their fullest potential", "Who to collaborate with", "Content Guidance", "Content Ideas (broken into two sections)", this information was tailored to the client and their active social media platforms.

Social Media Templates
I created a variety of brand templates directly in the client's Canva Brand Kit for them to use and adapt to their needs beyond our work together. In this instance the client chose to have a variety of templates including: Carasoul post, Fact sheet post, Listicle post, Twitter style post, Myth vs Fact post, and two Reel covers one with imagery one without.
